Stenographer.AI License Terms

Stenographer.AI is a B2B Micro-SaaS that automatically generates technical documentation and changelogs by analyzing pull requests. It integrates directly with a team's GitHub workflow, saving developers time and improving documentation quality.

1. License Grant

Rise-n-Shine Software grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Stenographer.AI during an active subscription term and only for your internal business use.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in Stenographer.AI, including software, models, documentation, trademarks, and derivative works, remain the exclusive property of Rise-n-Shine Software.

3. Subscription and Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly at $5 USD per licensed user, subject to volume discounts. Licenses may not be shared across multiple natural persons.

4. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape model outputs for competitive model training, or bypass technical or contractual usage controls.

5. Suspension and Termination

Rise-n-Shine Software may suspend or terminate access for payment failure, abuse, policy violations, or legal/regulatory risk. Upon termination, your access rights immediately end.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Stenographer.AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability of Rise-n-Shine Software for any claim is capped at the amount paid by your organization in the 3 months before the claim arose.

8. Governing Terms

These terms are interpreted in favor of protecting Rise-n-Shine Software intellectual property and service integrity. Additional custom enterprise terms require written approval.
